Good plan. Just review your progress every couple of weeks or so and decide if you need to make any changes. It looks like you track your measurements pretty well so you should be able to see what's going on.

Looks like you've made some great progress. Just remember though as you get slimmer you wont be able to lose the weight as fast. I'd maybe start aiming to lose 1-2lbs a week while your in the over weight BMI group. If you're dropping weight too fast it wont just be fat loss it will also be muscle, and when you lose muscle…

With the amount your burning i think you should definitely stop logging it and just set your daily calories higher. Some days your burning more than you eat. What kind of results are you seeing?
-
Looks pretty sensible to me. If you have a fairly consistent exercise pattern you could just up your daily calories and stop logging exercise.
-
No exercise can spot reduce fat. It's just an area your body likes to store it. Just keep dropping the fat and it will go eventually.
-
Calories too low. Protein way too low. Sodium makes little difference IMO.

You don't agree?

If your pic is you and you're 6ft, you can easily put 2300 away while dropping fat.
-
How tall are you? Judging from your picture you shouldn't be eating that few cals unless you're close to 5ft.

What exactly is the point of the shake? Why not just have a glass of milk and a vitamin tablet

What's the problem your having?

How long have you been lifting? You can do what ever you like in your assistance, you just need to pick your set/rep ranges and then find a weight that fits that.

Depends if you want to build abdominal strength/stamina. Do you train the rest of your body?
-
No added sugar.
-
No, that's more like blending. Juicing separates liquids and solids. Therefore removing some of the goodness.

If you worked at a McDonalds would it be inappropriate to eat in a different Mcdonalds?

I could see why you'd do this if you were passionate about a sport but 4 hours of exercise dvds a day...... Really?

I had one once. It took an age to clean, so found it's way into the bin.

I think the best bet is to be closed minded to all of them. You can read up about a thousand "diets" and a balanced, calorie controlled diet will be better.

Tell him you'd prefer him to have some real juice. He'd see some results then :)

Are we talking steriods or fruit and veg with the insoluble fiber removed?

Personally i think you're eating too much. You only eat 350 less than me and i only drop 1lb a week and train a similar amount to you. Why aren't you hitting your protein? That should be your minimum. If you don't want to eat more meat then maybe consider adding whey to your diet.
-
I think the general idea is that you eat normally 5 days a week, then fast for 2(500cals i think). If you're a person that eats a fairly sensible diet this will put you into calorie deficit and you'll drop weight. If you need something more rigid and need to count cals then i personally thing it's better to be in a small…

Ah, i get what you mean now. You intend to keep it cold but want it to still be in powder form. You could try it. I'd guess there's still enough moisture in it though to make it freeze into a block.
-
Make sure you hit minimum protein and fat goals. The rest of the calories can be split how ever you like.
-
Do you mean freeze the powder or a mixed shake? Either is fine. Even if it's frozen it will be fine.

Not quite sure the logic or science behind this. Judging by you weight gain you've been over eating on average by around 300-400 cals a day. So lets for argument say you've been eating 2250 a day. To maintain your weight you need about 1900. So to lose 1lb a week you need to eat 1400cals a day.
