I usually get a salad every day for lunch along with a whole hardboiled egg.. Is it ok to have 1 hardboiled egg every day?

Yes! It's a good source of protein. I eat about 3 eggs (from various species) in a day.

Okay according to whom? Just eat the eggs and enjoy them.

Yes it's fine. I eat at least 2 a day. Getting high cholesterol from eggs is 90's science.
You can eat the yolk safely as well. As a matter of fact, it has awesome micronutrients.

If it is the cholesterol you are worried about, that has been busted - eggs do not affect LDL/HDL ratios; I believe the study I remember states that 2 eggs a day are fine. (I wouldn't worry about eating more, either :)

Eggs are a nearly perfect food. Have at 'em!

I don't know about hard boiled specifically, though. I was eating hard boiled every day for a while, and got really sick of them.

I'd say eat as many of them as you want for as long as you enjoy them!

I follow a guy on G+ that ate a dozen eggs and a quarter pound of butter every day for 3 months. Here's the results.
