I tell myself every week that I'm not going to check the scale until Friday. However, I have a hard time doing that because I just really like to see the progress I've made. I may have only lost 7lbs so far, but I've worked hard for it and like to see the results. So I cave pretty much every day and step on the scale. Lol.…

It took me 3 weeks to lose 5lbs as well! I looked at it as I was doing things right. The weight has stayed off. Before when I have fad dieted I would lose the weight quickly, but I would gain it back just as fast. You are on the right track. Hey, it's 5lbs lost, not gained. Sounds good to me! Feel free to add…

Well, there are sweets out there that are low calorie for just those cravings. If you're like me then the more you restrict yourself the more you want to rebel against yourself. When it boils down to it the key is mind over matter. If you have a 100 calorie pack of sweets and decide to go back for another then you're…

For starters, Congrats!! Honestly, I think you might be my long lost twin. My story is so similar (well, the beginning). I have just now re-started this journey for the 50th time, but this time feels different. Like you said this time just "clicked". I hope to someday have my ending be like yours. You look wonderful and…
