When i drink i seem to lose a bit more weight than usual, but i think that might be because i tend not to stop "dancing" when i've a a couple, and by dancing i really mean jumping about like a fool! SW: 235.4 CW: 232.2 Lost 0.8 this week, which I'm VERY surprised at! I've had a week off work so I've literally sat on my backside for a week playing on the xbox & ate utter rubbish! I'm nowhere near my goal for the month (10lb) but at least I've lost something :)

Dreading tomorrow's weigh in, ive been pretty good all week up until yesterday & today. Yesterday I went out so went WAY over my calories due to drinking far too much vodka! Although I done a bit of dancing so must hav burnt some of them off! Fingers crossed I have actually lost something this week!

If you have an iPhone/iPod download runkeeper pro, it maps out where you walk and tells you your pace for each mile and overall pace. :)

My SW was 235.6 and I'm now 235.8 :( Was my own stupid fault though cos I'd lost a pound through the week but stupidly went to McDonalds & had a few slices of pizza & chips the other night. Not the end of the world though, will just have to try extra hard this week!
