  • Hi Flynn, Thought I'd take the easy route to relative fitness, so I've taken up Salsa and aquarobics (who doesn't like a good splashing). Plus I will continue to tramp around the damp British countryside taking pictures of passing ducks. I'll let you know if it works. If not, its back to the treadmill set on up! Love Sarah
