Oh, Lawd.... Pizza and cheese bread Juicy greasy burgers French fries Chocolate....the richer the better Fresh baked goods from the bakery a few blocks away Starbucks Frappucinos....real OR bottled Dinner out at Chili's Pretty much anything rich, creamy, sweet, salty, or fried in oil!!

Yay for you! That's great! Whenever I see someone's before and after pics, I'm always amazed at how much younger they look. All that extra weight really ages us....just one more great reason to.stick to it!

I'm 5'6", weigh 221 and I'm about 16-18 in pants, and xl in shirts. I think my weight is pretty much spread proportionally over my body. I'm not really an apple or a pear. I have big thighs, big butt, big belly and big boobs!

I'm 5'6" with a "medium" frame. I'd like to be between 145-150, although if I go lower I certainly wouldn't mind.
