Interesting this tread started yesterday ...as so did I. I'm mid week 3 doing Keto and the past 2 days have been really "runny". Last week I thought I was going to have to take a laxative... is this normal?

I just separated 10 Romanesco seedlings....yesterday 5 varieties of tomatoes! Can't wait for planting time. Still a little cold here to put them out. Hoping for a beautiful northwest summer.

I have been walking around my office and building for awhile now. The biggest perk is the new friends I have made in other offices. I've been able to increase my fitbit daily goal from 5000 steps to 7500 and feel great about moving more. I'm looking forward to more great suggestions on how to "stop the sitting".

Ladies...breastfeeding burns calories! Ask your OB how many calories you should have and stay within those guidelines. Congratulations to you both...enjoy your new babies!

Hey Tony, I just started using the "import a recipe" feature here. I really like it. You can adjust it as well to remove or add additional ingredients. Maybe you can find something close and just edit it. I just imported a recipe from allrecipes.com and switched it up all over the place. Good luck! I know if you ask my…

I also have a huge sweet tooth. I try to stick to low fat Greek yogurt, oatmeal with a sweetener packet, low calorie fiber bar, 100 calorie kettle corn.....but often I just have to raid my co workers dark chocolate w/almond nuggets. When I do I just fit them into my calories and make it work. Hope that helps a little! R

Love this recipe! I only use eggs whites for "glue". Gets the calories down even lower. This recipe works for just about any veggie and is great for fish sticks as well! Thanks for reminding me!
