Oh buddy! Last week end we gave in to our pizza craving. Ordered from our favorite local delivery. It was horrible! This place typically has amazing pizzas. I feel like they did it on purpose just so we wouldn't order again. LOL.

So way to NOT follow my own advice. I made some yesterday morning after realizing I hadn't "gone" since Friday. The phone rang and well I got distracted. Steeped for about 25-30 minutes. To make a long story short I was up and down all night.....be careful if you drink Smooth move tea!

Smooth move tea, when all else fails. Just be careful and follow the directions. If you steep it for to long it can be....violent for lack of a better term.

First fathead pizza crust.....was just ok.

I have it and use it occasionally. Makes a pretty good biscuit. The pizza crust not so much. I don't check my my blood sugar either, sorry.

Question about "cheat days". After 90 days on Keto I'm a little nervous about how I will feel if I do cheat. I've heard and read (God bless the internet) that you can feel pretty sick when adding sugar and/or carbs in to quickly. Any thoughts?
