Don't be too hard on yourself. We all have bad days. Start again tomorrow & don't dwell on it, it's only a slip up.

I've only just started but down 7lbs in 2 weeks. It makes me aware of calories and I find the food diary very helpful.

I did 30 day shred over 6 wks earlier this and didn't see any changes for a couple of wks but felt much stronger (if that makes sense). Only lost a couple of lbs by the end but toned up a lot. Stick with it.
