  • when i started (a year ago), my goal was to loose 30 pounds. I started out good, slacked off for a while and am now back on it.. i do good starting out but always hit a plateau.. i get discouraged and fall off again... anyone have a good solution to this besides changing up my exercising?? i just started using this website…
