Good morning! Happy Friday!!! I've been doing ok. Not great, but not horrible. I took a nice walk yesterday at lunchtime and went 1.01 mile. Today I am going to try to double that. Also plan on cleaning up my bike and finding a nice trail to ride on Sunday. I weigh in on Mondays. Hope you all have a great weekend :)

last week I took a 30 minute walk at lunch time (can't remember what day) Saturday I went to a concert and had to walk 30 minutes to get to the ticket window and then 45 minutes walking back to the car (we came out the wrong exit!) Total for last week - 1 hour 45 minutes

Good morning. Starting weight is 181 and goals are Down 10 by Halloween, 15 by Thanksgiving and down at least 20 by Christmas :)
