1/2 a vegan chicken breast (full of protein and keeps me full for hours) or a smoothie with almond milk and whatever fruit/vegetable combo I may have. One would be the Vega chocolate energy smoothie with added banana, pb2, flax, and Now Whole Foods. Again, keeps me full for hours. I love my breakfasts.

Are you drinking the suggested water and not logging it, because water is actually a crucial part of the weight loss process. It keeps everything working correctly. It even washes sodium out of your system, which can make you retain.

Well, my SO&SO blew me out of the water the last few weeks when he suggested he would like to accompany me to the pool where I swim a couple of nights a week. That's not the end of the world. Don't worry about it. As suggested take a walk later on or add 10 minutes over the week, it will all be fine. I hope you enjoyed the food you did have at least. That would be a shame if it was something you didn't particularly care for!

My weight comes off from everywhere. Unfortunately I probably lost weight in my feet, legs, ankles before my waist! But that coming now.

Just for fun, check your iron intake as well as protein. That might be the cause but if you are feeling exhausted all the time you really should check with your physician.

I found water hard to take at first as well. Definitely still don't like it straight out of the tap but I find that if I put a jug in the fridge every morning and just keep working on that I have no problem with it so long as it is nice and cold (I know room temperature is the recommended way, but hey!)
