I have tried them. They are not horrible but since I no longer buy them they mustn't have been my cup of tea. Yes, you can flavour them but the texture is just a bit "off" for me. If you really need to fill your stomach they will do in a pinch but water might do the same.

Right now it appears to be an avocado/pineapple smoothie made with coconut milk yogurt and almond milk with a dash of flax. Just discovered it and think it's amazing. Oh, yeah, kale chips are a new thing too. Making my own.

Increase your avocados would be my suggestion. Great healthy fats and lots of good things for about 300 cals each. Coconut milk products are also good choices. The coconut milk is really good for you but does have enough calories to make a difference in your calories for the day to help you maintain.

I have been on it since April 2013.Have lost 23.4 lbs (the ticker is broken) and I just love this way of eating. Very sustainable. There is a 5:2 group on MFP.

Friday night it's Swiss Chalet for their veggie burger. I have it programmed in under my meals. I only eat half the fries and half the bun but I come away feeling very full.

I recommend the 5:2 diet plan. We have a group on MFP that is very helpful. The thing with this way of eating is that your motivation can be maintained one day at a time. I did try these. The first package worked OK for me but I really didn't think it was good for me to try and eat zero calories so you have to add things to them. After awhile I decided I'd rather eat the real deal and just limit my portions.
