Me, too, more often than not. Plus I keep extra fruit, maybe some cheese sticks in the little fridge. Hardest part is convincing well-meaning co-workers that I do NOT WANT to go out to lunch with them! Not even if they pay! Not even to sip tea/water while they eat the deliciousness! (Sigh. Again today)

I found a recipe on cooks.com for fruity oatmeal cookies that are sweetened with ripe bananas and natural applesauce. I was short on applesauce so they weren't very sweet at all but they grew on me. I used dried cherries instead of raisins, too. Sorry, I can't find a link right now!

I make my own seasoning, too, and it's much better! I have found I prefer ground turkey or, best of all, leftover meat from a roasted chicken to beef or pork for my taco filling. I also use good corn tortillas and just lightly brown them on a dry pan for soft tacos. Much better calorie and fat-wise than flour tortillas or…

I read this yesterday and made it last night. It IS amazing! I used cashews and edamame (and lots of onion) and put a little sriracha in the dressing. Husband loved it, too. Thanks for sharing it!

Mine is open, now. I eat mostly homemade but use comparables from the database for logging. Much faster that way.

Oh, this post makes me happy! I started MFP the day before you but I had been using another tracker for a couple weeks and had lost 3 lbs. I am averaging about 2 lbs a week, which is fine for me. No one but me can see the missing 15 lbs but it has helped my self esteem, too!

I don't eat back all my exercise calories because, after many failed diets, I know that MFP's requirement is actually my maintenance.
