Oh jeez, that was moving and amazing. Mister, I am glad to know you.

I make hats for my cats. And petal collars. My entertainment is the price they must pay for the sofa and the bottomless bowl.

I'm not crazy! I'm just doing what they tell me to do.

^^^ What she said, too!

Not sure who this is directed to. Maybe every one who got the same thing out of that first bit of love? :-) Have a flower, OP. You seem unhappy.:flowerforyou:

 I like your title! So welcome back! As for what to put in your carrier, my favorite lunches are leftovers from the night before, but I also like to cook. Favorite easy breakfasts and snacks are flavored Greek yogurts, fruit, fruit with nutbutters (especially my homemade cashew, I weigh out an ounce), 100 cal…

I don't even see that anymore since I realized closing my diary pretty much guaranteed I'd eat something afterwards! but up to that point, it really did seem accurate when I knew my logging was accurate, that is, using a food scale and a heart rate monitor instead of so much estimating.

This means what? That you don't believe it's actually covered? I had been paying for my annual exams even with insurance until last week. All covered, no co-pay. Local health clinic in a poor, rural area. This is your health. You shouldn't make it about your politics...unless the laughing things mean something I'm not…

I'm so glad I checked success stories today. This is fantastic!

You are brave and awesome!

:flowerforyou: Truly awesome!

What? Oh, nevermind. I get you too well. I like the one about exercise because you love your body, not hate it. The sweetheart above me can kiss my...

I have some pants like that that had become painfully snug about a year ago. It feels really good! Congrats!:flowerforyou:

Update: 2 batches under my belt now and I suspect it's going to be a regular thing. Here's a tip, though. Don't forget you have yogurt fermenting in the oven and start pre-heating it for something else. On the upside, my step daughter was FaceTiming with her dad when that was discovered and found my sailor-type language to…

True, the Lean Cuisines aren't too bad on sodium. I think most of them are pretty tasteless, though. I wish they appreciated garlic more! I do have a dry green chile/garlic mix that does wonders for frozen food!

I'm fully vaccinated and I enjoy chem trails so I think fluoride is good. But I would.

I second the Uncle Ben's pouches. I like the brown and wild mix. Brown rice isn't my favorite either but when I have time, i make a scratch pilaf that is a cup of brown rice, cook a few and a half cup of black rice, cook a bit more then a half cup of lentils. Liquid is chicken or vegetable broth and I saute some onions and…

I pack my leftovers into take-to-work containers right after dinner so it's just as easy to grab as a box. I freeze portions of larger batches, too, but I have an extra freezer. I also sometimes have a lean cuisine (actually like a couple of the pizzas) and I can always manage to work in a Michael angelo's eggplant parm…

I intended to do this tonight but my store finally got Fage yogurt in which I've heard such good things about. But it's a pretty biggish tub so well eat most of that reserving some to start our own this weekend. I am interested in your double mesh strainer! Meanwhile, I have good cheese cloth. I do like yogurt thicker.

Oh yeah. Me too and it purely sucks.

I'm a heathen and a pagan and I hang with biologists and read primary literature. If that will do, I'm game!

I'm 5'1" and no way is a 24" waist my goal! I've never been shaped that way and never will be. 27", now. That's doable. I forget what I am now. I haven't measured in a while but probably 30 or 31". An apple am I!

i am going to try this, too!

A lot of people on here set goal dates as well as goal weights - like 10 lbs in 5 weeks and then another - and it seems to keep them motivated. Personally, I tried that and when I didn't meet a goal, I got frustrated and depressed and tended to binge. So I have an ultimate goal which I will reach when I reach it but until…

That was 100% entertaining! Best success story I've read in a while! Thanks!

I made perfect kale chips and thought they were vile. I gave them to a friend who loved them. I can get behind Quinoa, though.

I truly enjoyed this post from the headline to the cookies! YES!

This is my favorite thread ever! And THIS is why I need another kitten.

Been struggling with insomnia myself. I haven't got an answer but I'm trying melatonin now, when I feel it coming on. And hot baths. We'll see.
