I have lost 68 In the last five months so about 13 lbs/mo. I am also obese but if you go with a lower calorie range and push the exercise, you can do it!

Congratulations. You are doing exactly what it takes - setting goals and going after them, picking yourself up when you stumble and getting back on the path. You should be really proud of yourself for staying at it for a year now.
