Aiming for 600 miles. I will have 365 apx for 2011 depending how the next few days go. I have a few races planned. Jan Half and full Sept Half 10 miler (tower of terror) Hoping to catch a half in may but not sure what will happen due to dance recital for the girls.

I got a bodybugg a couple weeks ago for my birthday. I'm still trying to figure it all out (I'm terrible at new stuff). I've been using their website for help with all my questions.

My hubby sleeps o. The couch on nights I can't stand it otherwise I use foam ear plugs.

After today I work next tues, wed, and thurs. Then I work jan 3 rd and till noon jan 4 th. I have a home daycare but I get paid for the rest of the days. Then I'm off to WDW to run the goofy challenge.

I hate giving up my evening time with the kids. It's my drive to get up in the early mornings to get it done while they are sleeping.

Use to give up for the day and then it could turn into a couple days. Now I look at it by the moment and try to have a better day if that means another workout I try but it doesn't always work out the best.

United stated South Dakota It been rainy here and in the 30's with wind earlier today. It's suppose to be getting cold as the day goes on. Normally we have tons of snow othe ground by now. I hate snow but it's really weird not having it piled in my driveway at this point.

I have the body bugg and I just started using it last night. I like that I wear it all day so I can see when I have lazy moments. Hrm can be affected by stress and I have a lot. The past few months I've been averaging 10 to 11 minute miles. However during races I'm super slow because I stop and take lots of pictures! I end up with an average of 14 to 15 but I have a blast and finish!

Christmas vacation! Makes me laugh every time and reminds me of growing up watching it with my mom.

I think theu're sexy depending on what style. My hubby has 15! I see it as art and Who cares of when they are old and wrinkled it doesn't look as good! You only live once so live the way you want and express yourself.

I use to drink 3 cans a day of diet coke. I cut back per dentist request and now I have 1 only if we go out to dinner. Try to stick with water myself since I struggle to get enough daily.

I only count water. I don't allow myself a diet coke until I have all my water for the day. By then most of the time I no longer want one. Not much of a coffee drinker but lately I've had a thing for Starbucks not sure why.

I set my alarm for 440am. I don't allow myself to press snooze. To get on track (when I change things up and do evening workouts) I the first couple days are hard. Ive used them on long runs but prefer gels. Gels at easy to eat and gone right away. The blocks take a little to chew plus I get the sticky crap in my teeth. However I do get a boost of energy from them.

I struggled to lose weight on 1200 calories and gained back my weight. I adjusted mine higher and things are going much smoother. I need calories in order to lose.
