South Dakota here and I find Hyvee for us is the best place. We also stock up on fresh fruit from the local school when they do their fundraising. I have terrible luck at Walmart. Back up plan is frozen for us. I have to hide veggies in meals because I hate them. Something I struggle with.

I have ankle bracelets that velcro on that are LED blinking lights. I tried to wear them on my arms but they bothered me. I bought mine at a race expo.

Someone called me fat and told me I couldn't do it. That's what made me get pissed and said I'm proving you wrong! Then I did the Goofy and YES I did rub it in their face I did finish! Not the grown up thing to do but damn it felt good to prove them wrong!

protein shakes, almonds, greek yogurt When I struggle to reach calories I cut out low fat foods. I just watch portions and then I don't need the low fats.

I'm cheap and buy my clothes at Target and once in awhile Lane Bryant. I get my workout clothes at Target or Scheels. I work from home so I tend to wear "workout" clothes every day :) yoga pants and a tshirt. A good way to get use out of the free shirts I get from races.
