I love PB2 Chocolate smashed with a banana. When I want dessert I chop up an apple sprinkle cinnamon on it and toss in the microwave for 2 minutes.

I have my husband's name tattoo'd on my ring finger and he has mine. We're high school sweet hearts and we will be celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary in July. I love it! We get a lot of comments from people stating there's no way they could do that incase "it didn't work out". I didn't look at our relationship in…

I don't regret any of mine. Each one has personal meaning. I truly think in 30-40 years even if they don't look perfect I'll look at them knowing what they mean and I'll still love them!

Find a tattoo artist and see if he'll work with you on finding a piece of art. The artist we use works with us to find the perfect piece before we do anything. He draws up ideas and emails it plus allows us to sit down with him to brain storm. Google different tattoos online for ideas to show an artist. It will help them…

I ran the Goofy in January. I'll be running the Disneyland Half to get my coast to coast for the first time!!!! I'll also be running the Tower of Terror 10 Miler. I'm sad to say I won't be at the Wine & Dine. I had a blast last year running the event but my hubby got a knee injury. I'd love to go back and have a better…

I was with my hubby for 3 yrs before we got married. We got pregnant 1 yr into dating. Everyone wanted us to get married said it was the right thing to do. We refused to get married unless we were 100% sure. Then he got cancer and we moved our wedding up one year. We are best friends. We tell each other everything and are…

You can do it. I started July 2010 training after only running a 5k. In January 2010 I ran the Goody (half and full marathon in one weekend) it was my first half and my first full. I finished and had awesome pictures too. I wasn't amazing fast but all I cared about was getting the bling!

Welcome! I'm a mom of 3 and live in South Dakota. Life gets crazy busy here but keeping up with MFP has helped me get on track and make better choices. The support is awesome! Good luck with your journey!

Losing my husband or children

My sister loves kids. She helps me with daycare as a part time job. However she doesn't want to have kid's. I think it's a person's choice and who am I to judge what they want. Some people don't agre with people having big families. Honestly you know what is best for you and no one else should judge you for that choice.

Welcome! I'm a mom of 3 and one is a wild/busy boy! I can relate to the mirror thing. I can't wait to have the day I go to the dressing room and feel great walking out in front of others to show my hubby! Good luck with your journey!

I prefer to start my day off with an early morning workout. Usually about 5am.

thinking about the one in Orlando since it falls during our annual family vacation to WDW. Just have to wait to hear more details about the day of the race to see if it will fit into our schedule. I'd love to do the one in Kansas City or Minneapolis but they're sold out :(

Good reason for me not to go check out runner's world.

Gum...It keeps me distracted during long runs. Extra headphones.....last year during a 10 mile run my headphones broke. I now pack a spare pair so I don't have to finish a big run without!

He's scheduled to travel internationally but hasn't yet. His employer has a water filter they take to help avoid getting sick. He's informed never to eat fresh fruit or street vendor fruit when internationally traveling. That's a much harder situation to get figured put sorry I can't be much help there.

Your situation sounds similar to my husband's. He has done a few things to help when he travels. He packs almonds, granola bars, protein powder, and other snacks he can carry with him. He tries to stay away from gas stations and fast food. He usually finds a grocery store and buys stuff for sandwiches, string cheese, and a…

Maybe start with a lower mileage goal weekly and work your way up to 10. Also correct fitted shoes are a must, good luck with your goal!
