I use PB2 in vanilla yogert for a fruit sip. I also mix it with a little water and drizzle over apples. I also put it in my protein sakes. My 10k is in sioux falls, sd. Goal for this year's 10k...lose 20% of my body weight by the race so my hubby will dress up for the goofy 2013 (half race) we'll be the crazy people in a tutu! The 10k is a Halloween race so lots of people dress up. It would be a good chance to try out the costume running before goofy weekend.

4yr old son 6 yr old daughter 12 yr old daughter Would love to have more but three keeps me busy! Plus I have 12 daycare kids during the day so it helps when I get "baby fever"

Just started and working hard at adding chicken into my diet. Shredded it in the food processor and put on salads and a homemade pizza. I'm planning on zucchini tomorrow night. Adding peppers in next week and if I can get brave enough I'll try squash too. My kids don't enjoy what we're doing but over time they'll adjust.

90%of veggies and meat! Goal is each week to try a new veggie or one I'm not a huge fan of. Maybe trying to cook it different ways will grow on me! Fingers crossed!

I grab water and set a timer for 20 mintues. By the time the timer goes off 90% of the time the craving passes. I also result to gum or brushing my teeth. Once I have that fresh minty feeling on my teeth I tend to stay away from eating then time has passes again!

I'm east river so deadwood would be a race I can do! It's only apx 6 hr drive plus my brother lives in rapid city. I'll have to check into it!

Chicago doesn't sound worth giving up a race at Disney. It'll cost me apx same amount of money for a quick trip to Disney for the tower of terror 10 miler or the wine and dine half. Would love to d another marathon this year but really want to have a fun easy course since I'm a slow runner. Thanks for the info!

Playing wii with the family or going for walks is a good way to set healthy activities for the family. After my hubby got cancer I focused on him Nd then having a family. Forgot to take care of myself and realized I can't help others if I don't care for myself! Plus I hate veggies and meat. Love sweets and junk food!

I love it with shakeology! For a dessert I'll add frozen yogurt, pb2, and shakeology. Tastes great and much better than dairy queen! Also tastes great on apples as a peanut butter dip. I found mine at Hyvee. He'd to ask and they ordered it in for me. I paid $4.50 apx so I stocked up on a few.

I got shin splints from running. It made a huge difference when I got the right fitting shoe. I also have certain socks I wear that make help. Nothing fantasy just the thickness makes a difference. I also have compression socks I wear when my shins start to bother me or after a long run. I use ice packs to help.

Workout videos help me when I can't get to the gym. Right now I'm using ChaLean. Check out ebay for good deals. Personally I have to measure everything. I tend to eat more than a serving! Plus logging everything helps. It makes me realize the snacking I do.

we use these on all three of our maine coones. They are awesome just remember to clip their nails before putting them on. The only time I have issues is when I forget to replace them as they fall off.

Brooks is what I've worn for the past year, it's the best fit for my foot. I went with this shoe and style after going to a running shoe to get fitted with the right shoe. Looking to get a new pair next month. Usually I get 300 miles apx out of mine but use them for running plus the rest of my workouts.
