The wine and dine was awesome! We ran it this year and loved the night race. Much different than starting at 530am. I'm not a big drinker but an ice cold beer after finishing was a fun way to end the race! If you can get there it's well worth the trip!

The "bling" is amazing compared to what we get from local races if anything!

Not what you asked as something you want but at our gym I wish they didn't allow children. I go to get away from the kids to see people bring their babies in strollers and toddlers. I'm also worried about safety if they get in the way of people lifting large weights. Kids love to check things out. A playroom would be nice!

My mom as a kid had a huge stock pile of these in the house. As a kid eating 6 or 7 every day after school was normal. Love my mom but wish she taught me better eating habits. Changing that with my kids however I use to feed them fast food all the time because we are busy. Changing that so they don't carry that habit on!

I let myself cheat with a bite here and a pop later. I started logging everything I eat even if I only eat 1/4 of a serving. I'm realizing I cheat more than I really thought I was. I weighed in on my first day and then each Friday after. I started not logging weight gains but found when I did I stayed focus on those weeks. Miss seeing my number higher so it's kept me moving to get that number up!

My kids go to public school. I don't agree with the private schools locally and they don't offer as many programs as the public school. Brooks-Ariel same shoes/style for apx 1 year. I've had the current pair for apx 1 month put apx 50 miles on them. However this was the first time I've ever worn my compression socks with these shoes. Maybe my feet are too tight in the shoes with the compression socks? Otherwise I'm out of guesses.

I have increased the miles I've been running but haven't changed any of the "gear" I wear. I used the same compression socks on and off since January. Today's run was cold and apx 22 degrees. Could that have something to do with it?
