My goal is to eat clean. I need to cut out processed food, no nuts, and lots of veggies. 10 days till race weekend! I also need to keep tracking.

I didn't track yesterday but did today.

1/1/13 Points: 31 Used: 41 Earned : 39 from running. I didn't get in my dairy but did get 5 servings of fruits/veggies. I wanted more water since I ran but ended up with 10 glasses.

Got in my run today! 13.1 miles. 165 minutes of running earned me 39 points.

I missed my weigh in on Saturday. I was out of town. My next weigh in is Saturday. I don't have a scale at home (actually tossed it out!) so I only weigh in at a meeting. Goal is to get to a point I can trust myself to do it at home but right now I need the meeting.

Started week off with getting my house back in order. Tomorrow I have a 13.1 run so I'll have plenty of points to eat back!

I love going to Disney! I tend to gain a couple pounds but once back home it comes right off. We walk a lot. We enjoy treats but don't go over board. There's no calories at Disney right :-)

I would love to just volunteer and not have to worry about money. I'd also love to run my daycare and not have to charge parents. I love what I do and enjoy working with kids. Just wish I didn't have to charge people for the service.

I noticed since I started running my calves look bigger to me. It's only changed 1/4". Hubby says I'm crazy when I tell me I have "big" calves.

I'm running my 3rd marathon in a few weeks. My experience over the past few years has been the importance of having the right shoes. I also learned quickly to listen to my body. There are days when it needs rest and I didn't listen. I agree with (ncuneo) I don't enjoy the short races like I use to.

Lots and lots of water. Trying to make good choices and limiting the amount of crap I eat. However I'm still going to enjoy some great food. (It's why I ran today and plan a long run for tomorrow)

Congrats on the 20lbs gone! Keep running its an awesome feeling! 1.5 mile run without stopping is awesome! I remember when I started running it was one light pole to the next. One step at a time! You're doing a great job!

I just started WW on Dec 15th. I started at 210.6lbs. Today was my weigh in day and I'm down to 205.4lbs. I'm a very busy mom of 3 and my hubby travels on/off for his job. I struggle when people give me compliments. I tend to follow with a negative comment about myself. MFPal gave me a tip to follow up with a simple thank you. cows they're everywhere in South Dakota but up close they FREAK me out. I also hate feet! I can't paint my girl's toe nails. If my hubby's feet touch mine in bed I freak.

I buy low sodium pickles at Hyvee. I love pickles but don't pig out. A couple once in awhile. The ones I buy show zero calories on the jar with 100 sodium. I'm assuming there are some calories but the jar says no. I figure one or two won't kill me.
