I'm not a fast runner. I have a half sept 2nd at Disneyland, 10miler Disney world, 5k oct 6th color run Iowa, and best race goofy challenge in jan! I run to finish and don't get worried about a PR most of the time. Never run a tough mudder it doesn't interest me at this pony maybe in the future. Right now I'm loving Run…

When my daughter started middle school.

I prefer 5am so it's out of the way. However this summer I've been lazy and it's mostly been evening.

I agree be sure you have good shoes. I have to listen to my body. Is it a burn or pain. Big difference. If my body is in pain it needs a break so I don't end up with an injury. Good luck and keep moving forward :)

I grabbed honey flavored once and didn't like it. U added it to my protein shake and a little fruit. It was thick and reminded me of ice cream.

I use I in protein shakes. I also use it to make a dip for fruit with Greek yogurt. I love the chocolate kind mashed up with a banana. I get my PB2 at Hyvee. They ordered it in for me.

I wear a body bugg. I have a home day are of 12 kids. I burn average 3000 calories a day without working out. I only log my workouts if it's out of my normal day. Trips to the gym, runs, or walks.

I want to cut my hair but waiting till its long enough to donate it to an organization for childhood cancer. I only have a couple inches to go and figured I'd help someone else instead of throwing it out. I hate the feeling a having a horse tail while running!

Lots of water! Prepack snacks in baggies so you know how many calories each bag is. Don't buy junk but get snacks. Almonds, larabars, fruit, Look at what you eat now for snacks that you enjoy pick ones that you can bag or cut up to keep in a cooler. I made the mistake last weekend living off hotdogs, chips, and pop. Omg I…

I was working in an office for manufacturing engineers. My daughter 18 months was acting weird when going to daycare. I had a weird feeling so my hubby and I made a surprise visit during lunch. My daughter was in a room by herself eating lunch in the corner buckled in a high chair. The daycare lady said she wouldn't eat…

I currently run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute. I don't get as tired and go longer. I'm not fast or a natural runner. Some days are better than others. The best advice I got from other runners was get good shoes. What works for one doesn't work for the next. Get a good pair fitted for you. Don't increase your distance too…

I'm not a fast runner. I currently average 10'30 to 12' pace. I run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute. This month I end with an average of 11-12" pace. My best half was 2:19. I've never run a full without running a half the day before so no clue to my time for a full. I would love to run a full with a half included just doesn't…

Moving comfort is the brand I was referring to I forgot to add that.

I also have a tat on my ring ringer. It looks new 7 yrs later. However my hubby has one and his has faded. Not sure why mine looks great and his is fading. We had the same place and same ink. I guess our skin just took differently to it.

I've heard this and have avoid it for this reason. I got my runners for marathons on the front of my ankle and that was horrible. I heard the foot is worse. I'll stick to adding my runners.

40DDD and I wear one. I get my bras at scheels a local sporting store. It cost me $55 and it keeps the girls where they belong. I used it for a goofy challenge 39.3 miles in 2 days and only issues I had was some shoulder pain. But honestly after running a half and full I expect some pain.
