When I am feeling stressed I go for a run. An angry run seems to pound the negative emotions out into the pavement! I almost always feel better afterwards, whether the endorphins or having a chance to think things over or both.

Mine has been pretty close, but I log everything that goes into my mouth religiously. You can't underestimate your caloric intake or overestimate your exercise! :)

Congrats, you look great! Nice tattoos :)

You look so happy! Congratulations!

Good job! They are addictive, I've done my first three in the last three months--you'll get faster and be running a 10K before you know it. Congratulations!!!

Bah, that was a reply to someone earlier in the thread but it didn't post as such. :)

Wow, you look great!

Height: 4'-11" Age: 32 Female Highest weight: 169 (December 2012, that number was a shock and I knew I could NOT let it get into the 170s) Lowest weight: I weighed 115 when I graduated high school, gained steadily from there Current weight: 156 Goal weight: right now, 150! Eventually 135 would be nice.

Hooray! Happy birthday and thanks for sharing, so inspirational.

You look positively amazing--I totally see how you didn't notice the weight gain, because you are so well-proportioned! When I read that I thought, "How could she not know?!" but I totally believe now. Congrats on meeting your first goal!

The next 5K...which reminds me, time to sign up again

I use the app on my IPhone, which is always with me so I can log as I go. I also use an app to track all of my running and biking, Run Keeper, and it calculates the calories burned so I can put it right in my MFP app!

You look like a different person! I loved the bleach blonde hair though ;)

And, of course, I posted it in the wrong forum. Batting a thousand today.

Did it accurately log how many calories you burned from the kickboxing? I don't kickbox, so I have no idea what the normal range is, but I can run a 5K and only burn 350 calories. :)
