Good morning everyone! Just wanted to drop in and say I just got done running 5 miles! I didn't do it fast, but at least I did it. It's a goal that 3 months ago I never would have thought I could achieve. And the icing on the cake --- no knee pain! I hope you all have a fabulous day!

Yeah, it works. I've never used it in cookies, but I've used it in "fluffier" type recipes like cakes or breads. I don't notice a difference, still tastes great! It's a one to one ration, so if there's a Tbsp of oil just sub it for a Tbsp of applesauce. Which, when you compare it, is like 120 cals vs barely any. And less…

I know how you feel. Whenever I'm doing the elliptical (I know...ditch the elliptical) I always look over to the weight area and have an internal argument with myself about whether or not to go over there. I love almond milk too! I tried the Silk PureAlmond unsweetened - 35 calories a glass! unbelievable Grapefruit Cottage cheese mixed with fruit - I always thought that sounded gross but it's actually yummy Raw broccoli Pink Lady apples - I'm really picky about apples but I am in love with this variety

So I pretty much messed up my whole week last night. Went downtown and drank, then got a Pickleman's sandwich at 2 when the bars closed. I logged it all this morning and ended up being over by 1365 calories yesterday. Pretty ridiculous. Today's a new day. I'll do my best.

I just got a HRM, and the 2 times I've went jogging w/ it on MFP overestimated by like 100 cals. I would go with your HRM, becuase it's better to underestimate it than overestimate it.
