  • short answer. yes.. you should lose weight without exercise. your body composition will change and without exercise, your metabolism will drop. So, exercise and build some muscle.
  • There's generally 2 types of whey protein, concentrate and isolates. Isolates have a higher count of protein and less of everything else, usually about 92% protein. I have tried a few brands, but currently on Optimum Nutrition, 100% Gold Standard. good value for money $NZD119 for 5lbs. Best selling protein at the moment,…
  • if you're referring to visceral fat, yes it's very dangerous. http://www.realjock.com/article/1165 it's more dangerous because you can't see it. It's what British people refer to as toffees. soft on the inside, lean on the outside. If you want to get muscle, I've got the perfect link for you. Steve Cook is a legend in my…
  • damn!! Roxylean has 500mg of caffeine!!! That's some serious caffeine hit. You're not meant to consume more than 600mg a day, so I wouldn't be taking anymore coffees after scoffing down that pill. Seriously, though.. why not just drink coffee?

From there, you'll need to calculate what your caloric baseline is.. Mesomorphs – bodyweight x 15. Ectomorphs – bodyweight x 16-17. Endomorphs – bodyweight…
  • Hello, I'm kinda new, though I've been signed on since April last year. I've generally have a good diet but never to a macro level. Time to get serious as I need to do some serious cutting. So, no picture (sorry, will change that soon), but I am highly self motivated to change. I weight train 5 times a week and off days do…
  • that's a good point. Re-feeds are meant to be carb heavy to increase your leptin level after eating under your maintenance caloric baseline. If you're eating sweets and fats, than the whole exercise is pointless.
  • hey buddy. I'm pretty close to those percentages at: 55% protein 25% fat 20% carbs what's the idea behind your 50/30/20?
