No, I've tried eating at a deficit for a few weeks, then tried eating a little higher to see if that would kick start me. Nothing. There have been weeks where I would go 500-600 calorie deficit every single day and days where I would only go a few hundred calories deficit to see if maybe my fat and calorie burning zones…

Thanks everyone. I do yoga a lot. I wanted something a little higher in intensity, but not a weight baring type of workout. I opted for some kickboxing. Felt good. Thanks for all of the advice!

I don't know anything about the Keto diet. Does it allow for a little caffeine? Maybe some oolong tea in the morning? It could be the season change too. Also, if you're trying to get pregnant, possible that you are now? I know when I got pregnant, I was exhausted. That's how I knew I was pregnant very early on.

I know when I changed to 30DS for the first time, things changed very quickly! JM is fantastic, and I do a lot of her workouts. Also, give Bob Harpers inside out method workouts a try. They're insanely hard, but fabulous! Good luck!

I change my calorie goals every 10lbs or so. If I follow a strict calorie regimen, I really don't see an improvement. After meeting with a dietician, I should be between 1800 and 2200 calories depends on my workouts, where apps like this tell me around like 1400-1500. That is way too low for me. Honestly, just losing something every week is my goal. I know I won't be a consistent 1-2lbs a week like I was before, so I'm trying not to rely on the scale as much as taking measurements and paying attention to how my clothes fit.

Thanks! I definitely trust it! It has led me to losing 40lbs already! I am just getting a little frustrated. The scale is my guide right now because putting clothes on doesn't help me determine where I am at since I am in between my HUGE pregnant clothes or my little size 6-8 clothing. lol
