  • I'm in! SW: 174 lb CW: 151.2 lb GW for the month: 146 lb Weigh in dates: 1/4 (start): 151.2 on 5/4: 12/4: 19/4: 26/4: 30/4 (end): I'm turning 40 this summer...I can't stop the clock but I can make sure I'm in better shape than when I turned 30. :)
