33 yrs old I'd just be happy to lose 58 lbs but reckon 17 more lbs loss on top of that would be ideal for my 5'5 frame... slow going but this is the one time I've not given up.. I go to the gym a few times a week but have been walking and dog walking daily.. tracking calories.. I really need to work on drinking water ๐ฅต

Nothing wrong with improving yourself and not trying to force anything.. I've been really down myself and out of a 10 yr relationship since Sept. and nothing positive came from any guy after.. local or not. Really hurt from a guy that lives all the way in London who stopped talking to me... So dont feel bad as I've beenโฆ
