I'm in the middle of week 4 of Alpha and I love it. I haven't measured since I started but am seeing changes. I am a runner so working the legs has been good for that. Keep with it and you will see how great it is!! Feel free to friend me also!

I am on week two of Alpha. So far I am loving it. I don't have as much to lose but am looking to tone up. Keep with it and you will see your results. There is a T25 group that I am in and you are welcome to join!

I just started today and logged it as Cardio and made my own listing. I wore my HRM and it was 220 calories. Everyone is different though and might be different if you are doing the modified version. There is a group of us that are doing it if you would like to join us!

Dont be so hard on yourself. It is one day and it won't kill you. You didn't do that bad. Just get back on tack today and move on. Yesterday was a bad eating day for me. I told myself to enjoy it and I didn't even attempt to count what I ate. Those 6 beers I had didn't help either! I felt sick to my stomach last night…

Got in 5.25 this weekend. I have not been running like I should. Need to step up my game if I gonna hit 50 miles for the month!

We have fresh baked cookies everyday and free coffee. Sometimes free soup and sandwich's. At least all the free candy and ice cream and cup cakes are gone. Feel free to add me!!

I am on Level 3 and only have a few days left. Take at least one rest day a week. I did it Mon-Fri and have seen good results. I didn't measure but can tell I'm more toned up. Good Luck!

I am on level 3 of 30 day shred. My best advice is take it at your own pace. I only do it 5 days a week and move up when I can get thru a level and it seems to be getting a little too easy. Everyone is different so just find your own pace. I drink water while I workout and eat when you are done. It will get easier. Just…
