Things like work out tapes it would be impossible to do a guesstimate. To get an accurate calorie burn you'd have to utilize a heart rate monitor unfortunately. I suppose if you want a very rough estimate you could enter it as circuit training?

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. You could do 1,000 crunches everyday and while you will be helping build muscle, the only way to get rid of belly fat is to lower your overall body fat percentage.

I love deli meat sandwiches too and I've had a hard time finding one that is lower sodium, so I've switched to just using leftover chicken breast I cooked myself as my protein on my sandwich or canned tuna in water which is much lower in sodium than deli meat. You need to count the oil you put in the pan. Say you cooked 3 servings of the chicken and cooked it in 1 tablespoon of oil, I'd say there's 1 tsp of oil per serving.

Sitting on my butt? I took a vicodin because I got in a car accident Tuesday night and messed up my shoulder/knee pretty badly, so that MIGHT just make me fall sleep early. If not, might go over to a friend's apartment, but chances are I'll stay in and snuggle my cat/boyfriend and watch Criminal Minds.

Ohhh yes and I forgot! I like to get a salad with spinach, sweet onion chicken, onions, pickles, cucumbers and jalapenos with a little bit of the sweet onion sauce on top. Delish!

My favorite is the flatbread with the oven roasted chicken, no cheese, lettuce, lots of onion, pickles, jalapenos, cucumber and yellow mustard or if I'm feeling splurge-y, honey mustard. I also get it on wheat bread half the time, but sometimes I just crave that flatbread.

I normally go through phases with my oats and tonight (yeah I had oats for dinner) i tried something new and I am in looove. It is going to be completely different for everyone, and for most people it's even different each time. I've gotten anywhere from 150ish to 250ish I believe. I suggest getting a heart rate monitor!
