I log them individually under strength training, which your right...it gives you no calories burned but then I also log them as cardio so I get the credit. That way when I look at the report I can still the individual types of training I have been doing.

Jackie you have done awesome too! I really try hard to make the inches melt opposed to the pounds. I am really trying to exercise to build muscle (however much that should be for a 45 yr old woman LOL) I really love this web site! Keep up the great work, you are almost at your goal.:bigsmile:

I am 45 years old and will probably never have a 24 inch waist again. But I would be very happy with 40-28-32
