I eat 1200-2000 calories. Sometimes I am hungry and other days, I am not.

I was a nanny for a whole year. I would say Lightly Active to Active depending on the ages of the kids and how much work you do.

I think that everyone has done that. The best thing to do, is try to not do it again. One bad day while dieting is one day. It is a mistake that you can fix later in the week by working out longer and not eating those calories. Just keep up the drive that you had before this.

I drink so much water, protein smoothie, and have several small meals/snacks a day. Most aren't bigger than the smallest plate. I make sure to get protein and 50-400 calories each. I am 5"7 7/8", so basically 5"8". I am planning on 140-150.

It took me about 3 weeks to lose anything and it was 9lbs in 3 days. You will lose it.

My only traumatic experience was flipping a four wheeler when I was 14, and then my face getting all cut up before picture day. Also all of the yardwork...

I think that the most important thing is Getting Enough Calories and Not eating too much. I would check with a doctor and see if you are getting enough calories.

I am making homemade pizza tonight, less then 200 calories a slice and I I had a 3/4 cup of Frozen Yogurt yesterday. So I shouldn't want anything... but I would love some homemade waffles with strawberries and lot of whip cream.

I have been doing this for 2 months and still love it. I love that you eat more, if you exercise. Really motivates me.

I have smoothies, oatmeal, fiber one bars, blueberry eggo waffles with strawberries on top, light cheese sticks, fiber one bars, or poached eggs on toast. Most are under 300 calories and really yummy.

I only eat things in high fiber pass 7 and it has help me lose more. I would only eat if you are hungry.

I got this huge veggie burrito and it was only 400 calories. It had beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, corn, and zucchini on a whole wheat tortilla. Maybe they will have something like that?

I still eat simular to how I did, I just got rid of empty calories in drinks. If I have a craving, I will get it and give 3/4 of it to my brother and then slowly eat what's left.

I am a college student, so I eat anywhere from 8 to 11 PM, it depends when I am hungry. I ussually eat lunch three hours later...

I am a ex-barista, so I know how to make coffee well and how to doctor it up too. Just try a pack of cocoa and a hint of milk... yum!
