1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1tbs of honey, 2tbs of unsweetened almond milk, a little bit of salt, cinnamon and vanilla, 1/2 banana. Mix together, put in a ramekin or other small baking dish and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Sometimes I add some ground flax or PB2. I love the texture of baked oatmeal.
