I had 2 with soft cheese and then i put them away, worked out what im eating for the day and im well within 20g, i dont miss bread i miss having something to put cheese/butter etc on

0.1g sugar so i went for it, had philly and unprocessed ham, and managed to put them away and not get carried away

Ive just found out that in the uk we do count the carbs not net carbs so ihave been doing it correctly :).

Thanks all for responses, not had any toilet issues, and will obv avoid carbs it wasjust a momrnt of weakness.

I had losg 3lb in the same amount of days but then cheated at the weekend, (slice of bread) so ive stalled.
