When I started biking I built a lot of muscle in my legs and butt before I noticed any weight loss happening... maybe this could be the case with you??

this one doesn't have lettuce but Cooled couscous, steamed and cooled broccoli and beans(can use any green veggie), diced red onion, sesame seeds and soy sauce :-)

Hey there, - im 22 years old - ive only got 7kgs left to loose but any type of motivation is good :) -I lost 20 kgs over 2011/2012 but put half of it back on since then. Dtermind to get it of and keep it off!!!
