  • I go to school full time and have all the homework/projects that come with it. I workout around 10ish every other day, and after that I go right to sleep no sweat. I haven't actually heard of set time that is best to workout, but curious of ideas.
  • I am just starting out with ya! I have been at it for about 3 weeks, and so far so good! GOOD LUCK!!
  • I weigh myself about twice a week just to make sure I am keeping on track. Always in the morning right before breakfast. If I do eat something not on the diet, I weigh just to make sure that I keep everything in check afterwards. I actually enjoy the little losses because it makes me feel like I am accomplishing something.
