Im about to L2 D3 - not enjoying level 2 at ALL. think my upper body strength is just not up to scratch but im determined not to give up! Im not going away this weekend so i have no excuse! Its those jumpingpush up things that get me, i make a huge noise and get even get my feet off the ground! :(

Day 1 Level 2 - im not quite so cocky now! really struggled with the plank style exercises! fingers crossed it all gets better in a few days!

I havent shredded all weekend because i've been at my sisters and under the weather, im annoyed with myselfthough because i should be halfway through by now but am instead, 5 days behind. boo! Anyway,im starting level2tomorrow and am determined to have a good rest of the week so i'll let you know how i go!

I have the opposite issue - im a waitress in a small cafe and we get lots of people who come inmost days. There are a couple of people who (i think) are morbidly obese and regularly order 2-3 cans of coke or have a coffee but ask me to only fill it to half as they dont think the 9 packets of sugar they want will fit in it.…

I did L1 D5 this morning, arms were sooooo tired i had to put the weights down and just do it myself.Ouch! I've only lost 0.1 of a kd all week somymuscle must be building! thank goodness i took somemeasurements so i can have an NSV and not be sad on the scales!

I think she expects us to do it EVERY day, thats the only way i can see getting the results in the 30 days that she promises. Well,i have only done three days andexpected weight gain but have lost (only .2 of a lb but i overate big timelast night) so i havent experienced it but have you thought about using smaller handweights? that may help! I use tins for the weights as i currently dont have any! Tins of food i dont like though because otherwise i might accidentally eat em! Glad you're enjoying it!
