Vegetables aren't wasted calories... these are gems of foods! They fill you up and are much lower in calories than other foods... Try a tray for roasted veg ... peppers (all colours) carrots (how sweet are they roasted!) garlic, courgette, aubergine... top it off with miced herbs... you are in for a veggie treat.. :-)

Hi Nicky Thanks for the info on the Polar HRM... so that's me now sold on the idea of a HRM now then...... which model do I get! ? ha haa.... I really like the Body Pump classes.. I've notice loads of toning already... just really need to loose the flab hiding it!!! :laugh:

I'm worried too that'll it become a thing at the bottom of the bag... is it possible to download the data on to computers at all? I'm wondering if I should borrow my friends first to see how I fair... I noticed the comment about having a high heart rate ... think that's me too. Really can't be doing with that going off…

Over estimates? in the calories of food or of calories burnt? Monitor could be the solution :-) x

Oh never thought about a heart rate monitor... Oh do they come in watches rather than something strapped around my middle?
