I'm starting the shred today if anyone wants to join me on this start date :) I've done it before but cant seem to get passed the first few days of level 2. You'll need a couple a light hand weights and a mat.

I started the shred on the 14th, jut finished day 8 on level 1. It's kicking my *kitten* but in starting to see results. I'd like to add another workout, can anyone recommend something that works well with the shred? Something in the 20-30 min range as I have a toddler that demands attention :)
