You can fast up to 3 days without any ill effect to your performance. I have clients that do 3 day water fast while doing P90X double and do fine with energy and stamina. I don't think a day will be bad for you.

I also juice as well. I did a 20 day in January and just got off a 5 day with some co-workers. I am doing P90X right now so I cannot do a solid juice fast but I am going to be doing some intermittent short ones over the next couple of month. I use Chocolate Vegan protein powder in mine or Chocolate Shakeology and it covers it pretty well. 1 Scoop Shakology or Chocolate Vegan powder. 1/2 or 1 Cup Spinach 1 Banana 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen 1/2 Cup Almond Milk 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk and Ice. Tastes really good and cover the geens well.

I don't use the gloves but I use weighted wrist bands. Takes the workout to a new level. I am going to get some gloves and use the bands on the legs. Definitely adds some extra burn to to workout, I would highly recommend it. Just make sure you are not locking out your joints when doing the moves, I use 2 lb right now.

I use the Ezekiel Bread when and if I have it, I too try to limit carbs and this bread is low carb, low calorie. Also it is orgainc and uses sprouted grains. Good for a sandwich and to use as toast with Almond Butter.

I agree with the cheat meals more that a cheat day as well. I usually go have Chinese or pizza but even with that I try to make the best choices. Yes for sure, that will drive you crazy for sure..... I now weigh myself every two week just to see where I am at. I now go by how I feel more than what the number says and it is alot better mentally. Stick with it you will get there..

Yeah there is plenty, juice alot of Spinach and Kale. I just got off a 14 day Juice feast and was fine. Try to drink as much green juice as possible and try not to worry about the protein to much. Juice On!

I add mine as I eat or make it, I use the app on my phone and just scan in as I go. Then I go over it at the end of the day to make sure I got everything.
