I sometimes use Low Fat Italian Dressing, or just put Olive Oil, Oregano, and Lemon Juice on it with some minced garlic

I'm trying to cook once or twice a week and make roasted veggies w/olive oil, pepper and garlic powder. Also bake boneless, skinnless chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano and lots of lemon juice.
