I lost inches faster than the weight. But once the weight started to come off it didn't take long to get to my goal. Keep up the hard work and you'll be at your goal before you know it. :happy:

Others may not say anything for various reasons. You can't focus on that. You see and feel the difference, your husband does too. That is all that really matters. You are doing great and just keep up the great work. 20 pounds in 3 months is awesome!

As silly as this may sound it is def the amount of cals I once was taking in. I would always eat a bit of this and a bit of that while cooking. If you eat first, you have to burn through what you've consumed before you can get to the stored fat. Sorry to say that this site doesn't allow, but if you think about it...if you were under yesterday and go a bit over today it will all work out in the wash (at the end of the week) Just becareful and try to stay around your calorie goal as much as possible and you'll see results!:wink: :smile:

When I do Jillian no more trouble zones I put in "circuit training", It is really hard to know exactly what you burn as everyone does different intensity levels. I'm awaiting my heart rate monitor which will give a more accurate # for cal's burned with any type of exercise. Hope this helps.

I do the 20 min one when I'm short on time and do the higher intensity level and get a great workout. The others are really great too and feel like I'm dying about mid way thru. You can add hand weights which intensify's as well. She is hard to follow at first but she does the same movements on each side so the choreograph…

I'm not sure...I do beleive you should let the muscles re-coup if you're lifting weights. Perhaps everyother day should be cardio if that is the case.

Try doing toning tapes...I haven't lost much weight but my clothes are fitting much better because of toning. 20#'s is huge weight loss...don't give in now. Have a couple of friends join so u can keep each other on track and motivated.
