  • I, too, have PCOS! I was diagnosed this week but have suspected having it since i was 16. I am also pre-diabetic (hooray for me! not. lol) Join me on my road to losing 25kgs (55lbs) :) I keep a mostly high protein, low carb diet, and have cut out all refined sugars.
