Right, I have to confess that I didn't make it today. I did my exercise and I'm checking in, but my diet today included a lot of chickpeas and flax seeds, which seem to be high in calories. My limit is 1200 as set by myfitnesspal.com :-( Better luck next month. Congrats to all of you who have made it this far 0 good luck…

Hi all, I'm Nikki and I'm new this month. I really need a group like this so that I can attempt to keep within my limits each day and hopefully lose this stone that has slowly crept on over the past 2 years. Good luck everyone :-)
