They all have inaccuracies - as do kcal values for foods. Use them as a comparision between different exercises. I have have a list of different exercises that burn roughly the same, so when I want to burn off a certain amount I just pick the exercises that match up.

Yes, it is now 1500. Although whether or not you 'eat back' the exercise calories is a personal choice. So do, some don't.

Reasonably good advice, as whole foods (unprocessed) are better for a few reasons, but highlighted points are just wrong
