This gym just sounds comical to me. I've never been there, and I would never join, but I think I will try to get a one day pass at the one that just opened in my city. It has to be on free pizza day for sure, and I'll be disappointed if I don't hear the lunk alarm at least once.

I'm a boxing fanatic but I have never had a chance to train in the actual sport. This thread is definitely tempting me to look into it.

Come again? Where did you hear about this?
-
I've never heard of anyone eating raw pasta before. Interesting.

I just did for Valentines, and have zero regrets. Honestly I don't think I even want Ben & Jerry's unless I can eat the whole pint.
-
I'm learning a lot in this thread. For instance, I didn't know that there were people that did not eat the entire Ben & Jerry's pint! Every pint of ice cream I've ever purchased (and most likely will ever purchase), was with the intention of a single serving.

This might be the single most impressive transformation I've ever seen. Excellent work!

I eat an apple for breakfast every day (unless I run out of them). I do switch up the varieties though, but I still suppose that counts?

I can understand a holiday restriction plan only in cases where a person has regular cheat days. But considering that my only true cheat days are holidays and special occasions, I'm going all out. Everybody deserves to treat themselves at some point.

Just MFP and Runtastic currently.

Apples. I'm obsessed with trying every kind of apple there is.

Thanks for posting this! Weight loss surgery isn't even in the realm of possibilities for me, but I loved every word of this. It's as funny as it is informative.

I bragged earlier in the thread about not coming across any disgusting food items. Shortly after that post I cracked the seal on some sugar free chocolate syrup. Don't do it!
-
I loved the original post, and couldn't have ever put it any better. I also knew where the thread was headed afterwards. I just ignore the negativity. Reducing my intake of added sugar has been a godsend for me, and is the most sustainable road to weight loss that I've ever found.

I imagine that everyone in the building I'm in is wondering where that miserable guffawing is coming from. That was great!

Thankfully I haven't come across anything horrific yet. I've learned to never stir PB2 into Greek yogurt again, but you live and you learn. One note for those mentioning Arctic Zero. I was warned in advance that out the freezer it is chalky and icy, and to let it sit at room temperature for a bit before consuming. Also, if…

3400 calories and it felt good!

I can't wait to gorge, especially since it's been months since I've had dessert (made with sugar anyway). I've been exercising like crazy in anticipation of this day of no limitations.
-
I used to inhale eight chili cheese dogs so fast that I've been told I should enter the Nathan's contest. No regrets though. It was fun eating whatever I wanted without accountability, but I'm getting older and need to look out for my health now.
-
I'm going to seriously gorge myself. I expect to still hit my weekly goal though.

Great job on the transformation! I'm not quite understanding the issue with the women though. Are you saying they just don't like the smaller you or they have an issue with the skin? Regardless don't let it get you down, you're doing awesome.

43 pounds in 3 weeks? That is more than I've ever heard of before. I know you started off at a high weight and followed a drastically restricted diet, but still... Did you exercise as well? Mind blowing man, keep up the great work!

Great read. I'm going on almost three weeks in adopting a nearly identical lifestyle change. Nothing I've ever tried has given me such positive results and seemed so completely sustainable. Dare I say these changes are pretty damn easy? I am constantly full before reaching my calorie limit, because I can eat plenty of food…
