Hope you guys are doing well. I haven't done the shred since Friday because I'm sick. And I won't be doing it again until I'm completely healed. Ugh, having to start the shred 3 times sucks!!!

Ahh this sucks. I can't join the gym.. no time or money at the moment. I workout at home. I do dvd exercises like the 30day shred.. does that count?

Level 2 is definitely kicking my butt! There's a few things I have to modify because of knee pain. Grr

Work through the pain, it will get easier after the 3rd or 4th day and you won't hurt as much. I am on Level 2 day 3 and I don't hurt as much anymore, even with the cardio I do after.

Was 161.6, now 160.4. Goal was 160.6. Next weeks goal will be 159.4! Yayy!

The pushups are definitely hard, and the jumping rope in place is killing my shins but like everyone says, after I'm done with it I feel so much better! Is anyone else adding any extra cardio along with the shred? I'm currently doing 20-30 min on my bike right after the shred every other day.

Day 4 for me today, and u shouldn't feel like a failure for doing modified push ups, I'm sure that's what most of us are doing. As long as you try your hardest to finish all of them, it shouldn't matter wether they're on ur knees or not. We will work up to the real ones :-D.

I did 6 days of level 1 and got sick last week so I took the entire week off. I am better today so I will start it again. I plan to do it in one shot. Wish me luck lol

I weighed in last Friday and this was 164.6 lbs. Same thing happens to me. Its annoying when I dye my hair red and I wake up with the damn pillow case all spotted in red cuz my head sweat too much! >:-(
