I'm on week 3 of my 2nd round. My first round was doubles. And like Redfie1d said, learn to enjoy the aching muscles, I'm sore every single day and I love it.

Do you have tile or carpet at home? I have tile, and as much as I would like to workout without shoes I don't think I can do all that jumping without them.

I eat a peach, or half a banana right before my workout because I also dont' have the time to digest anything before I start. It works for me.

I've read it's supposed to strengthen your toes and will help with back pains, etc. I'm definitely getting a pair at some point this year.

I eat half a banana only if my stomach is grumbling. Otherwise I go on with my workout on only water because I work out at 520-530 am and there's no time to let the food digest

I did get my first mountain bike at a local bike shop for under 300. It was brand new, not year wise, it was an 06 Giant Pistol. I have the paragard. Got it 2 months ago. I've had minor craps here and there, but the biggest problem has been that I've had my period for 5 weeks. Lol. Hopefully your Dr can figure out what's going on. Which IUD do you have?

I'm on week 8, 2nd recovery week. Doing doubles. You have to make sure you eat! I was also feeling exhausted about 3 weeks ago and I started eating back my exercise calories and I felt better, since it's 2 workouts a day for me.

Wow 4 weeks? Nice! You're so close :-D I also have a hard time doing doubles with a full time job and a new baby. I barely get any sleep. It's hard. So far I've only done the Kenpo Plus workout this past weekend, I haven't tried the other Plus workouts but I will try to fit it in at some point next weekend. :-)

I think you should listen to your body and do what you think it's right. I will be taking my full recovery week once it comes, because after that doubles is 4 days a week instead of 3, so less sleep for me! lol

I also have that new workout buzz lol, that's why I'm doing doubles. And yes, its very hard to fit in 2 workouts a day with a full time job, and my 8 month ol daughter. I'm currently sleeping like 5-6hrs a day on the doubles days! Zzzz

Yes I'm gonna look into a knee brace. I did the insanity fit test a few weeks ago and it was hard. I'm gonna wait to finish these 90 days to go on to insanity /p90x hybrid.

Hybrid here too. Even though I have a bad knee pain that makes me modify some of the exercises on the plyo workout, I don't know how I'll be able to do Insanity, but it's here waiting for me.

Hi. I used to skip the yoga part of cardio x but I have been doing it lately since I'm actually liking it now. I haven't gotten to week 9 yet (I'm starting week 6 on Monday) but the doubles schedule that I'm following says to do cardio x in the morning and the rest of the workouts at night. And I think that will be easier…
