  • Loved the August challenge and I'm happy to be in the September challenge as well! My goal is to lose 5 lbs in September. SW- 225.4 GW by 9/30- 220.4 If I hit my goal I will weigh what I weighed when I got married 10 years ago, which after losing the first 10%, has been my next goal. Good luck everyone!!! Kim
  • Yay!!! I had to go back and find my starting weight, but I'm really happy!! I went from 231 to 225.4 for a loss of 5.6lbs or 2.4%. I did also measure myself at the beginning of the month and I lost 2 inches off of my waist, 3 inches from my hips and 1 inch from my neck. So yahoo!!!! What I love is the perspective that this…
  • Hi! I'm here, I'm here!!! I haven't been posting very regularly, because it can be difficult for me to do daily, but I'm definitely still in the challenge! Thanks!
  • I'm 38 as well. Still pretty motivated but have really been struggling to see any movement on the scale. I'm doing Body Pump 3 times a week, plus some other cardio a couple of days, so I just keep telling myself I'm getting stronger and smaller but just not seeing it on the scale. I'd love some more friends though to help…
  • I don't think I've posted all week...but not because I haven't been logging or exercising, just been caught up and exhausted at night. So I'm going to just post a bunch of musings from my week, which has been really great! I've cut back on the number of exercise calories that I eat back so that I'm only about 150 cals over…
  • Haha! Love this!! And as a fellow hard core shoe lover, I can relate. Congrats on your progress!!! -Kim
  • Hi! I don't think I ever posted by goal....my goal for the month is really just to lose 5 lbs. July was a plateau for me, so I'd just be pretty excited to see the scale move. Good luck everyone!!!!
  • Wow!!!! That's truly impressive!! Congratulations!!! What do you think helped get you to have such a big loss in one week?
  • How did your day go? It was awesome! I had the day off of work so that I could go to my kids' pool party at their preschool teacher's house. What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us! I exercised more yesterday than I ever have on one day. I went to the gym in the morning with my husband and did 35 minutes on the…
  • What meal of the day did you just LOVE? Or, what has been your favorite healthy/low calorie meal lately? I was pretty happy with my lunch yesterday mostly just because it was something I threw together on the fly. I took half a roasted chicken breast that I had in the fridge, sliced it really thin and put it on a slice of…
  • Hi there! I just joined and this is really my first time posting on MFB boards....yahoo! After making no weight progress in July (I think I could have lost inches but I keep forgetting to measure myself), I'm feeling like I might need something else to help give me a push and hoping this challenge might do it....so no…
